30 day return policy, no questions asked for unused items in their original packaging. 30 day exchange policy on any items used in water for other store items.

Price guaranty*. If you find the same item at any authorized dealer at a lower price within thirty days, we will match the prices and refund the difference to you immediately. Additionally, you’ll receive a gift certificate equal to the refund issued to use for any other items in our store.

Rent to Own Program:

Scuba West offers the most rewarding Rent to Own Program available. With as little as $100.00 down, you can earn your own scuba gear by simply having your rental fees apply to your purchase.

100% of your rental fees apply for up to a six month period. Ask your staff member for more information.

Layaway Program:

Whether your picking up a gift for a special someone, or choosing your next piece of dive gear, Scuba West will take the sting out of equipment costs by setting up a layaway program that adds no cost to your purchase and lets you set up easy payments that fit your budget.
